Roxy and her late geography professor, Dr. Spinelli, known as her "Godfather," had 20 years of friendship and ate hundreds of pizzas together while he mentored her on her education & travels around the word.  The pizzas are just (well nearly) like they'd always make together which are inspired by his family recipe. The pizzeria is dedicated to him and is a space for swearing and arguing over politics--just the way he would want it!
